Cheryl, we had 3 or 4 younger brothers come in to visit. One was very interested and sews at home. In a couple of years he will be old enough so there is hope. ;)
Jane, you can help and learn at the same time! I have had non-sewing moms learn to assist with ripping out, pressing, and trimming off the strip ends with a rotary cutter. Wish you were close enough to come in and be a mentor.
The girls did great jobs on their quilts and pillowcases. The poor boys missed out this year. Too bad for them.
